Es una s\u00edntesis viva de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo que aprendiste,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo que probaste,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lo que cambi\u00f3 en tu forma de ense\u00f1ar, gestionar o acompa\u00f1ar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cierre de a\u00f1o es un buen momento para frenar y preguntarse:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cursos o formaciones hiciste este a\u00f1o?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 competencias nuevas desarrollaste, incluso sin haberlas \u201ccertificado\u201d?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 proyectos participaste, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del aula?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tecnolog\u00edas, metodolog\u00edas o enfoques incorporaste realmente?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 problemas aprendiste a resolver mejor que antes?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo eso tambi\u00e9n es empleabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Experiencia no es solo antig\u00fcedad<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los procesos de b\u00fasqueda que acompa\u00f1amos, vemos perfiles con a\u00f1os de experiencia que no logran mostrarse, y otros m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes que s\u00ed consiguen narrar su recorrido con claridad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La diferencia no est\u00e1 solo en el \u201chacer\u201d, sino en saber traducir la experiencia en competencias:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trabajo colaborativo,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gesti\u00f3n de grupos diversos,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uso cr\u00edtico de tecnolog\u00eda,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planificaci\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comunicaci\u00f3n con familias y equipos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si no lo escrib\u00eds, no existe para quien lee tu perfil.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Repensar el CV no es \u201cquerer irse\u201d, es cuidarse<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualizar el CV no implica estar buscando trabajo ma\u00f1ana.
